Orders are confirmed manually. Payment is accepted by QR/UPI or bank transfer only — there is no card checkout on this site. An order is confirmed once payment is verified against the order reference provided at checkout, typically within 1–2 business days.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships — just email us with your order reference. Because items are built or configured to order, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind once an order has shipped.
If an item arrives defective, dead-on-arrival, or not what you ordered, we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you — contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo/description of the issue.
We currently ship within India only. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being confirmed against your order reference. Shipping is a flat rate of ₹100 per order, added at checkout.
